My Precious Ones

Sometimes there will be days where your boy just doesn't seems to behave well like those normal days.

Today is the day where Jervis is not behaving well, wakes up at 6am and refuses to sleep back no matter how I coax him to sleep. Try many times till I give up and carry him out to watch his Barney while I quickly go wash up and have my breakfast. After which I feed him his breakfast thinking that he might wanna sleep coz his eyes look so tired.

Went into the room with him, put him in his crib, still refuses to sleep. He keep holding the railing of the crib standing up looking at me and smiling happily at me. Struggle with him for 20 mins, I give up, carry him out to let him continue watching his Barney show and playing with his teething toys. He is actually so tired as his head is resting on the side of the highchair but still he just refused to sleep.

He watched for 15 mins and started to make noise and I was thinking okay he needed his sleep. Carried him in, put in his crib, still the same trying to stand up and smiling at me happily. Yes, his smile is adorable but not at the time whereby I had been coaxing him to sleep from 6am. Okay, I told myself since he still doesn't feel tired I might as well put him in his play zone to tire him out.

After 15 mins of play he made noise again, I carried him out and read to him sitting on my lap trying to make him drowsy with my reading so that he could go sleep. However mission failed.........really dunno what to do. Was already frustrated and put him back to watch his Barney again while I go prepare his lunch. He was really really very tired and eyes almost closing. When I came out of the kitchen guess what I saw.............he was sleeping with his head at the side of the highchair.

Finally at 10am he slept..........


But but even before I finished updating my blog he is up.......... slept like 30mins only.......
ARgggg...................
However in the end I did manage to make him sleep at 12pm and I had a 2hrs nice nap till 2pm and he woke up at 2.30pm :>

Jervis has actually know how to eat starpuff by himself way back and I am just kinda of busy or should I say a lazy mummy that doesnt really update her blog often. Hahaa.........

Yesterday the shipment for Jervis play zone was sent in the morning and I was excited to set it up for him :> I saw this play zone when I went over to Dawn's place to collect something and saw how useful it was when Dawn introduce it to me.


Upon reaching home and some discussion with hubby, we decided to buy it from Amazon.com and I had never regret it as I saw how Jervis like staying inside playing and watching his favourite Barney show at the same time. It is also a lot safer for him to crawl and explore in the play zone instead of crawling everywhere in the house.

The few moments when he was in the play zone yesterday:

This morning, hubby went for his TDY for the next 3 weeks (sob sob..........).
Last trip my mummy was here to accompany me but this time round I will have to survive alone with Jervis and hopefully times flies fast and hubby is back soon without realisation.
Missing him now............

Is a start of a new year and I am blessed to have my 2 precious with me, my Hubby and my son, Jervis :>


Time really flies and I am a SAHM for 4+ months looking after my 2 precious. I had never regretted the decision to come here. It is during this period that I can solely look after my son and I do really treasure the times I had with Jervis (although 1st 8mths my mummy helped me and I appreciated her help very much).

Since it is the start of a new year, we also got new toys for Jervis (hopping to keep him entertain while I do my stuff, an excuse for me to buy toys for him). Hahaa..........
