We have been married for 5 years and been together for almost 10 years. How times flies and we already have a family :>
Our precious son, Jervis is going 8mths soon this dec 19th.
To make this day special for Hubby, I planned to give him a little surprise by cooking a simple meal for him to let him feel loved coming back home from TDY and can have home cooked food. Its has been a very very long time since I last cooked.
This is the first time here in States that I cooked for him as all along my mum is doing all the cooking. Hehee.......
Below is what I cooked (just very very simple dishes):
broccoli with chicken
eggs with ham and sauage
pork ribs with potatoes soup
Due to some delay Hubby is finally back home :>
Told him I cooked for him as the Anniversary gift and hopes he likes my cooking.

Isnt it wonderful to be able to grow with your child day by day seeing him playing, smilling etc. Times realli flies and Jervis is in his 7th month today. Just another 5 more months he is going to be 1 ;>
Now at his 7th month, he has two teeth, able to sit a little while (still not steady, will fall sideways), taking solid twice a day, likes jumping his Jumperoo more and jumping harder at it, likes listening to me reading him books, watch cartoons (depends on mood), likes playing toys with me, more responsive to his name when being called, still like to glue to me everyday (always open up his both hands wants me to carry him), still loves to flip as usual when put him down. (erm....should be all, will pen it down if I remember. hahaa........)

2 months plus has passed since I left Singapore to the States. Kinda of missing my dear sister, Ying who is in Singapore. Really miss those days that we used to go shopping together during weekends. We can shopped the whole day and not even tired.
She has been my deary sister all these years. She has been with me through my ups and downs but now I cant be with her when she is facing problems back home.
Just wish to let her know that although I am so far away from home, my heart is still with her no matter where. Hope she can go through those obstacles smoothly :>
Ying, believe in yourself!!! You can do it!!!
Jervis and I will always be with you!
JIA YOU!!!!

Its has been 10 days since Hubby left for TDY. Everyday's still much the same except for Jervis still dun sleep well at nite and super cranky when he wants to nap or sleep. Sometimes we need to coax him for an hour to make him sleep and he just sleep for 10 mins and he is up. Faintz.........
However difficult to handle him, seeing him growing up everyday and smiling at me every morning when he is up just brightens my day and will forget whatever difficulties he pose to me.
Just cant stop loving him everyday and just cant be angry with him whenever I see his face. Hahaa......
Another 15 more days Hubby will be back :>
Jervis and I miss you :>

Yesterday evening, Joey came to fetch us for dinner after her volleyball session. Its really kind of her to bring us out and taking great care of us when hubby is away in Texas for his TDY. Before going out, as usual I love taking pictures of Jervis after dressing him (a habit of mine, Haha.....)
love this pic, looks so much like hubby
he seems stunned
cheeky face
Jervis smiling
while waiting for Joey and Evan
Not long after Evan arrived followed by Joey. We sat in Hubby's car and Joey drove us to Bejing Chinese Restaurant to have our dinner. It was rather packed last nite and a long queue was going on after we sat down. Dunno why last nite there was such a large crowd. Its the 2nd time I went, the first time I went there wasnt that many people at all.
Jervis simply loves his eating time as he eats whatever I prepared for him (thinks he is a greedy boy ba). He is not picky about food at the moment which is good and hopes it just stay this way. Feeding him solid doesn't need a lot of time as he finishes his food rather fast.
Whenever I put him on his highchair he is very happy coz he knows is feeding time. He will sit in it and wait patiently for me to prepare his cereals. Once I walked over to him with his bowl his eyes brighten up.
I love feeding him and seeing him eating every mouth of cereal :>
